📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked / Courier Equivalent) – FREE
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days -
Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) – £4.95
Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g. postal delays, seasonal demand).
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.

Europe (Non EU): from £9.95 – Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: from £12.95 – Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Packaging
We aim to package all items securely and sustainably. Depending on the product, your order may arrive in recyclable, padded envelopes or cardboard boxes.
📬 Tracking Your Order
If your order includes tracking, you will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been dispatched. You can use this link to monitor delivery progress.
❌ Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Ian@IanWidgerDesigns.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
In the case of damaged items, please send a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
📝 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
