Dispatch Times & Shipping

We offer free shipping and aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days by Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you need something urgently, please contact us as you have the option to upgrade to Tracked 24 or Next Day Delivery for more urgent items (customer to pay for upgrade). 

Where are you located?

We are based in Bedfordshire - collection is available when requested.

Product Returns

If your item was customised or personalised you will not be able to return it.  For all other items please contact us to initiate a return.

Exchanges

We don't accept exchanges, but if your item is not a personalised make, please contact us to initiate a return.

My order is late or has not arrived!

Please reach out to us - all of our items are sent via a tracked service. 

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify an order within 2 hours - after that we cannot guarantee your modifications.  You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placement.

How do I sign up for your newsletter?

Join our VIP Club for special offers, monthly newsletter, new products etc by entering your email address at the bottom of the homepage.  You will also get 20% off your first order!
